MPJ Designs reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified.

You may use the site, information, writings, images and/or other data that you experience on the site, referred to as “Content”, solely for non-commercial, personal purposes and/or to learn about products and services provided by MPJ Designs. MPJ Designs in compliance with Hunter Douglas and Maxxmar marketing regulations being a certified consultant,  retain complete title and full intellectual property rights in and for all Content. You may not use, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any Content obtained from the site except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Use. Additionally, no right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you as a result of using the site.

All information, text, documents, materials, graphics, photography, designs, logos, layouts, icons and computer codes (collectively, “content”) of this site is (and shall continue to be) owned or used according to Hunter Douglas and Maxxmar regulations by MPJ Designs and is protected under applicable copyrights, patents, trademarks, and/or other proprietary intellectual property rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication of any such content, or any part of this site, are prohibited. Under no circumstances will you acquire any ownership rights or other interest in any content by or through your use of this site.

MPJ Designs provides links to third party web sites such as Hunter Douglas and Maxxmar. This information is provided solely as a convenience to you. MPJ Designs does not control the third party sites and therefore we are not responsible for the content of any third party website or any link contained in any third party website. 7. Product Display/Colors
The site attempts to display product images shown as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see identically matches the product color because the display of the color depends, in part, upon the computer monitor you are using.

The information on this site is provided solely for users’ general knowledge in guiding users on window coverings, Hunter Douglas and Maxxmar products.  MPJ Designs hereby grants you a limited, nontransferable, non-exclusive right to access and use of the site solely for your personal use to find out information about our company and our business. This authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the materials on the site solely for your personal, noncommercial use.
